In March 2023, Prana Eco Ventures, a hospitality startup in Bali, Indonesia, planned to launch a 20-unit eco-resort in Ubud to cater to eco-conscious tourists. With a six-month deadline before the peak travel season, the company needed an affordable, durable solution that aligned with Bali’s tropical climate and sustainability goals. The resort opened in August 2023, accommodating 40 guests daily and achieving 85% occupancy within three months. Guests praised the comfortable, sustainable design, boosting the resort’s reputation on travel platforms. The modular units’ low maintenance and flexibility for future expansions were highly valued.
