In December 2025, JS-Houses was approached by our client to develop a modular accommodation solution for a leisure center located near a reservoir. Due to the remote location and local climate conditions, the project required a building system that could be quickly deployed while maintaining comfortable indoor environments throughout the year.

After evaluating the project’s requirements, we provided a customized space capsule house solution consisting of three different models: 5.8m × 3.3m × 3.2m, 8.5m × 3.3m × 3.2m, and 11.5m × 3.3m × 3.2m. These different sizes allowed the leisure center to create flexible accommodation spaces while adapting to the site’s layout and operational needs.

The entire project was developed based on our mature industrialized construction model: factory prefabrication followed by rapid on-site lifting and installation. Each capsule unit was manufactured and assembled in our factory before transportation, significantly reducing construction time and minimizing the impact on the surrounding environment.

Located in a cold climate region with long and harsh winters, the project required enhanced thermal performance. We optimized the capsule structure with targeted insulation and heat preservation solutions to improve indoor comfort and ensure stable operation under low-temperature conditions.

Through the integration of modern modular technology, efficient installation methods, and climate-adapted design, JS-Houses delivered a practical and durable accommodation solution for the reservoir leisure center project.
