In December 2025, JS-Houses completed a modular commercial building project in Taldykorgan, Kazakhstan, providing a modern prefabricated solution for a large-scale shopping and leisure complex. The project was designed to create a flexible commercial space integrating retail, exhibition, and public service functions while meeting the requirements for fast construction and long-term operation.

Based on the client’s commercial development needs, we developed a customized modular building solution using non-standard box-type modules with a two-story structural design. The completed complex covers approximately 5,000㎡, with multiple modular units combined through horizontal connection and vertical stacking to create an efficient and spacious commercial environment.

The project adopted our industrialized construction approach of factory prefabrication + rapid on-site assembly. Structural components, wall systems, doors, windows, and internal systems were prepared in advance at our production facility before being transported and installed on site, significantly reducing the construction period compared with traditional building methods.

To achieve a modern commercial appearance, JS-Houses integrated a large-area panoramic glass curtain wall system with the modular steel structure. The transparent facade improves natural lighting, enhances the visual connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, and creates a contemporary architectural style suitable for commercial operations.

Through modular technology, flexible spatial design, and efficient construction methods, JS-Houses delivered a durable and visually attractive commercial building solution that demonstrates the potential of modular construction in large-scale commercial applications.
